El Programa, Master of Arts in Management, está diseñado para preparar profesionales con las habilidades necesarias y técnicas de resolución de problemas, para hacer una contribución en el área gerencial. Este Programa prepara a los estudiantes, para ser líderes estratégicos, competentes y éticos, en un mundo económico cambiante y global, al tiempo que con la capacidad de liderar a otros en el logro de propósitos comunes.
Esta Maestría es un programa único, diseñado para desafiar a los estudiantes a analizar temas críticos, y con ello prepararlos, no solo para posiciones de liderazgo administrativo, sino para ser propietarios de empresa.
Los graduandos del Master of Arts in Management, estarán en capacidad de:
· Utilizar las destrezas aprendidas en el programa, para cumplir con las demandas de un contexto administrativo, cada día más complejo.
· Manejar los conflictos organizaciones con éxito.
· Pensar analítica y estratégicamente, para con ello tomar buenas decisiones.
· De manera efectiva utilizar herramientas para motivar a los empleados a trabajar, a liderar equipos, y a manejar conflictos personales.
· Desarrollar e implementar estrategias administrativas valiosas.
· Crear e implementar presentaciones orales y reportes escritos exitosos, para los accionistas y superiores.
· Mantener estándares personales de honestidad e integridad, y fortalecer esos estándares en sus empleados

Oxford University Press to provide a high quality approach to learning English. UAC offers English Courses for non-native speakers.
The courses aim to improve the level of English proficiency of students and their ability to communicate in English in a wide variety of scenarios.
UAC School of Global Management Master of Arts in Management Degree provides students with the conceptual models and tools necessary to analyze business opportunities and formulate entrepreneurial and managerial strategies. The program has a global and academically driven approach with a rigorously focused synthesis of theoretical concepts with a hands-on approach.
